I don't have a definite rhyme or reason as to why. Received a response from my Expert Support ticket:Īs it turns out, this was a move by wargaming to leave out the Import option in the Mac wrapper. This required Wargaming to produce a 64-bit version of World of Tanks since macOS Catalina will not run 32-bit code. Their focus, per Wargaming, was to get World of Tanks up-and-running on macOS Catalina. Not ideal but good.ĬodeWeavers has replied to my Expert Support ticket. I am confident that we will see movement on this issue shortly. This does not mean we should not continue to bring up and inquire on solutions - just do not expect an immediate response.
The task of getting the WG Game Center and World of Tanks running on macOS Catalina was a herculean effort - lets give CodeWeavers a moment to regroup. I suspect the reason you cannot import is that the stand-alone WoT Mac Wrapper was a 32-bit app using 32-bit Wine. 32-bit apps cannot be installed/run on macOS Catalina so why present an option that will only fail.
I have raised an Expert Support ticket directly with CodeWeavers - will advise this thread on the response from CodeWeavers. I have tried associating the replay file with any WorldOfTanks.exe in the Game Center folder in Application Support to no avail. The ability to play replays is broken after installing the WG Game Center Mac Wrapper. Unable to play replays when running macOS Catalina and the WG Game Center Mac Wrapper
